12 cups Hot Coffee

Spiced Coffee Mix

2 tbsp30 ml boiling water

1 tsp5 ml cinnamon

¼ tsp1 ml ground allspice

2½ tsp12.5 ml vanilla

1 can300 ml Regular or Low Fat Eagle Brand® sweetened condensed milk


  Make Spiced Coffee Mix

  1 Dissolve cinnamon and allspice in boiling water. Stir in vanilla and sweetened condensed milk. Use immediately or store covered in the refrigerator up to 5 days.

  2 To serve, stir 2 tbsp (30 mL) of Spiced Coffee Mix into each 8 oz (250 mL) cup of hot coffee. Whip lightly for a frothy top, if desired.
