Fruitcake Fudge

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs24 oz white chocolate chips

1 can300 ml Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk, Regular or Low Fat

1/2 cup125 ml chopped mixed candied peel and glaced fruit, plus additional for garnish

1/2 cup125 ml mixed salted nuts, plus additional for garnish

Directions

  1 Grease a 9” (23 cm) square pan and line with parchment paper.

  2 Melt white chocolate chips together with sweetened condensed milk in medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and mix in candied peel and nuts. Pour into prepared pan. Garnish with additional peel and nuts, pressing down gently. Refrigerate 4-6 hours until firm.
